Purple weeds and a dog's paw.

I love my dog.  She’s very instinctive.  She seems to always know just exactly what I want to photograph.  And then she gets in the way.

At our age, getting hot and steamy...

Today all the first cousins got together to celebrate my mother-in-law’s birthday.  She turned 83 this past Saturday.  This was one of the cards that was given to her.

The following are a few more pictures that I was able to get.  Before I pulled out my camera, I did ask management if it was ok to take pictures.  I had permission.

A very bad picture.

I almost forgot about my daily picture today.  Earthquakes and tsunamis captured my attention.  This picture was taken of our front yard and I should have used the tripod but didn’t.  That’s where the blur comes in.  I added a texture to it to try to hide how bad it is.  I didn’t succeed.  Sometimes a bad picture is just a bad picture.
