Before the harvest.

We boiled some peanuts today and invited a few over to partake in this Southern culinary delight. Here are just a few of the faces that came.

If you go to the Grayco parking lot on the first Friday of the month, you’ll see a bunch of classic cars. I love classic cars. The owner of this one saw me taking pictures and wanted to know if I had a website. I figured that since he asked that I ought to make his car my photo of the day. I also figured that I needed to get these pictures up quickly because yesterday’s picture was a clump of dog hair. Not a very impressing introduction to my photography.

I love to get detail shots and classic cars have a lot of neat details to photograph.

I overheard (a/k/a eavesdropping) the owner telling another that this car gets 7 miles per gallon in the city and 10 on the highway.

It may not be the best on gas mileage but I bet it would make out better in an accident compared to those dinky “smart” cars.

And to the owner of this beautiful classic, I voted for you tonight!

Hair of the dog.
What?

He ate my marshmallows. So I punished him by making him pose for pictures. Oh the torture.

A seashell.

A dozen flowers. Ok, not a dozen flowers but one or two flowers photographed with different perspectives, lighting, crops, and editing.

Big Yawn
This is exactly how I feel on a Sunday afternoon.
